11th annual Whistleblower Summit & Film Festival

WASHINGTON — A nine-day Whistleblower Summit & Film Festival begins Saturday, June 20, on Capitol Hill and at the National Press Club, cosponsored by Acorn 8 and the Justice Integrity Project. It is the 11th annual occurrence for the Summit celebrating free speech and advocacy.

Online and in-person attendance for most of the events is free. Whistleblowers, filmmakers and policymakers will speak at the panel discussions. (These are no-cost aside from those packaged with receptions.)

In line with this year’s theme, the “60th Anniversary of the JFK Assassination,” there will be a virtual presentation at noon on the final day, Sunday, July 30, of a 70-minute video featuring Secret Service whistleblower Abraham Bolden, author of The Echo from Dealy Plaza (2009). It is directed by Andrew Kreig and Wayne Madsen.

At 6 that evening there will be a tribute to Pentagon Papers leaker Daniel Ellsberg (1931 – 2023) at the National Press Club, presented by Ridenhour Prizes with Explore Pine Bluff.

While there is no charge for in-person or online attendance, registration is required. Click HERE for details.
