The fifth group is titled “U.S. Military Exercises on and before 9/11.”

Its introduction begins with the words “Chapters 26 and 27 deal with strange anomalies in the major military exercises held on and before September 11, 2001.”

Its two chapters are titled * The Claim That the Military Was Not Prepared for Hijacked Domestic Planes Used as Weapons.  * The Claim That the Military Exercises Did Not Delay the Response to the 9/11 Attacks.
