The fifty-nine chapters are arranged into nine groups.

The ninth and final section is also the shortest. it is titled “The Question of Insider Trading.”

Its introduction includes the words “Three economic studies published in reputable financial journals have reported unusual trades substantiating suspicions of unusually large sales of shares in airlines and insurance companies by people who knew about the impending attacks — and they have not been challenged by professional or government responses.”

Its one chapter is titled:  * The Claim That There Was No Insider Trading Involving Put Options in Advance of 9/11.
