Hydro-Quebec subsidiary buys 13 dams in New England. From AP. MONTREAL — A Hydro-Quebec subsidiary is buying a company that operates 13 hydropower generating stations in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, strengthening its relationship with New England.
