There is nothing in all the summaries of Berman’s tenure about his apparent refusal to present to a Federal Grand Jury stacks of evidence of a list of federal crimes committed in the destruction of the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers on Sept. 11, 2001–evidence at variance with the 9/11 Commission’s 2004 report.
