The United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York will submit to a Special Grand Jury evidence supplied by the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry concerning the destruction of three World Trade Center skyscrapers on September 11, 2001, according to a Lawyers’ Committee press release issued yesterday.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a letter dated Nov. 7 that it would present to a Special Grand Jury evidence that the Lawyers’ Committee had provided to the office in two petitions in April and July.

The release also includes a copy of the letter the Lawyers’ Committee received signed by Michael Farrara, one of two chiefs of the office’s Terrorism and International Narcotics unit on behalf of the unit and of United States Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman, who heads the office, addressed to Attorney Mick G. Harrison, Lawyers’ Committee’s litigation director. The brief letter reads in part as follows:

“We have received and reviewed The Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, Inc.’s submissions of April 10 and July 30, 2018. We will comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 3332 [United States Code Title 18, Section 3332] as they relate to your submissions.”

The release says the Lawyers’ Committee had supplied the U.S. District Attorney’s Office with “extensive evidence of so-far unprosecuted federal crimes relating to the destruction of three World Trade Center Towers on 9/11 (WTC1, WRC2 and WTC7).”

It says the Lawyers’ Committee had noted that “the U.S. Attorney is legally required to present this evidence of 9/11 related federal crimes to a Special Grand Jury pursuant to a federal statute, 18 U.S.C. § 3332.”

They are from The New York Times, The Nation magazine, The Brooklyn Rail, Surface, 4Coumns, Conspiracy Inquirer, Contemporary Burlington, and BJP (The British Journal of Photography), respectively. All have bylines except the review for Conspiracy Inquirer, which is apparently by an Al Jazeera writer.

Seemingly most hostile, at least on the surface, are those by Jason Farago in the Times and Zachary Small for The Nation (which ran his review only online). I say “seemingly” on the chance that one or both are parodies of reviews acceptable for the Times and the Nation.

The exhibition opened on September 16. It closes on January 6.

David Ray Griffin has written another book on 9/11, this time with co-author Elizabeth Woodworth, 9/11 Unmasked, ISBN 978-1-62371-974-6.

According to its subtitle, 9/11 Unmasked is “an international review panel investigation.” The IRP is composed of 23 persons from a broad range of fields, and several nations, all well versed on 9/11.

The book is organized around specific questionable claims of the official government account of the events of 2001-09-11. Each dubious claim is the topic of exactly one chapter. The assertions themselves are refuted in a standard format:

The Official Account: … .

The Best Evidence: … .

Conclusion: … .

Best Evidence in each chapter refutes a claim of The Official Account.

Specific assertions of The Official Account were chosen for refutation from the many available by the criterion that 85 percent or more IRP members, acting independently, judged it to warrant inclusion.

Some chapters, for example Chapter 1, are as short as one-half page. Others require one whole page. Most take up several pages.

9/11 Unmasked  is not uninterrupted easy reading! Many chapters require slow and careful attention to get right. Yet overall it is a new approach — and a good one — to have a consensus analysis of points of 9/11 evidence that prove the official account is bogus.

An email came in the other day, directed at those like Bruce and me who try to get the word out about the phoniness of the official government/media account of the mass murders of September 11, 2001. It reads:

When I ask people, what made them wake up, most say it was Building 7.  The fact that Building 7 is the one thing the crooks are censoring out of the news indicates it is their Achilles Heel.  When dealing with the public, we should focus on Building 7 because it is the one thing the controlled press cannot explain away. When people see that any mention of Building 7 has been censored out of TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, magazines, movies, etc, they start to see the enormity of the control system.

Can’t speak for others, but I’ve found that over the past few years just sticking to verifiable scientific facts and a few (3) key videos and maintaining consistence of message has done more than any arguing with trolls has with respect to spreading the message. Particularly now that a good percentage of the public now have doubts/questions regarding the official narrative. Just provide a consistent messageand have faith that people will discern truth from BS on their own.

If someone wishes to be disingenuous, dishonest, or just plain ignorant, fine … that’s their right, but not going to promote that on a platform if I have say. If someone drops in as a naysayer or pushes obvious disinformation … I just block them.

I hope Ken is right that “a good percentage of the public” doubts or questions the official narrative.  

It is inaccurate, though, to say the collapse of Building 7 — the third skyscraper at the World Trade Center to collapse on September 11, 2001 — is “the one thing the crooks are censoring out of the news.” In reality, the news media are censoring just about everything having to do with the mega-atrocity of September 11, 2001, before, during, and after that day. 

Note: The three links Ken recommends range from six minutes to an hour and a half in length. There’s nothing new in them, and there’s repetition, but they serve as an introduction that may pique people’s curiosity.
